About
the Run for All Team
Run for All is the hard work and passion of students from all over to keep motivated. The idea started as a project for Spark the Wave, a student program that lets high schoolers get experience at non-profits in the Philadelphia area.
The team started with the idea of a free week for local students to try sports and get access to coaches they wouldn't normally meet, but when Covid-19 hit, the core members changed focus to meet the needs of the times.

Micah is a high school junior at the Tatnall School in Delaware. A four-season runner, Micah runs cross country, track and field, and indoor track under Patrick Castagno and Anthuan Maybank at The Tatnall School, as well as running for Delaware Elite. The Tatnall mens track team and cross country team continues to be a powerhouse, with Micah anchoring the 4x400 as well as running the 800.
A student leader, Micah was going to be on staff for Spark the Wave in 2020, which was cancelled due to Covid-19. Micah's goal is to combine student leadership with servant leadership, something he learned from being a national Leaders for Tomorrow Fellow (class of 2019-2020).
He's looking forward to being done with quarantine and back on the track soon.
Napoleon is a high school senior, graduating in the class of 2020. Napoleon will be joining the Indiana State Sycamores Track and Field team where he will rin spring track as well as indoor track.
A strong student, Napoleon also will graduate The Tatnall School in 2020 with honors, and has shown leadership as the team captain for track and field for five seasons (indoor and outdoor seasons) and also runs for Delaware Elite. He has gone to nationals twice and is looking forward to keeping it up in college.
